Hello all...FOr the last week i was here in the virus section because i could not perform simple things in CMD like help or other things..it comes up as

NOT RECOGNIZED etc etc

every command is like that...

so after finding that i do not have a virus,i went back to this and its still not working..

not only that,i went to go partition a new external HDD and i cannot run mmc because access is denied, and i dont have permission...

Im getting a little nervous here..i dont know what i did...I would like to be able to do dstuff but cant, like run a chkdsk etc etc

anyways.i am attaching a screen of what my environmental variables look like.Could someone have a look see?Im sick of this.... thank you guys soooo much Jake

Ok wll i will re-state my problem...

when i run an elevated command prompt in Win7,no commands are recognized...So i had my tech friend see if it was the environmental variables, and it wasnt..he fixed that...

So now,we had to access the system32 and we get ACCESS DENIED and thats even as administrator...

also i cannot run mmc, acess is denied...

PLEASE HELP...its been going on three weeks, and i took the whole last week to rid my system of malware etc etc ON THESE FORUMS,but i am all done...Can someone help?

I go to system32 and it says access denied...So it says "click here to gain permanant access".So i do that and i finally get this screen that says

"you have been denied permission to access the folder"

i am so bummed... i dont want to wipe this thing again.... :( but it always seems the case.. i swear i'll donate if someone has me here...

oops almot forgot this

So it was a severely corrupted user account/profile. This is the worst case that I have ever seen. I am suspecting that maybe a hard drive diagnostic run will be needed after chkdsk and sfc /scannow.

How many times have you reformatted?
