Installshield Problem, Hangs On Install

XP installshield hangs at 99% during program install/removal.
task manager may show several instances of same. unable to end task in processes THANKS ALL, Taurus1

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

Sorry! I don't know much about the installshield stuff.

Does this only happen with one particular program?
If so, what program?
