We all need to support this legislation.
Let's blow up the internet supporting it. Also, I'd like to hear people's thoughts on a class action suit that targets advertisers that support malicious activities, either directly or indirectly. The two propositions:
Advertising companies (such as OPTMD) are negligent by providing money to finance malicious internet activities, including malware, to clients and affiliates who generate income from advertisements that are generated by malicious software. These individuals generate income from advertisements provided by hosts and use that income to develop computer fraud and identity theft software. These advertisers are responsible for ensuring the legitimacy of the clients that use its services.
And why is that a legitimate claim?
A rapacious interest can be reasoned on the part of advertisers who benefit directly from malicious software that increases the visibility of their advertisements. The company has rapacious interest to support malicious software development since a direct correlation can be shown between income and malicious software. In more basic terms, advertisers do not ensure the legitimacy of their affiliates because illegitimate, malicious software that promotes their advertisements makes them more money by allowing more users to see more of their advertisements without consumer knowledge or consent.
It could show both negligence and rapacious interest of advertisers involvement with purveyors of malware. These cost consumers huge amounts of money as well as harm property (an individual's computer) for the pursuit of monetary gain.
Am I crazy?
