Hello my name is Smiley121689. This is my 1st post. My computer is infected with the Security Tool Virus.

I have tried microsoft essentials but it only works for a few minutes and it comes back.Do you have any suggestions, beware i'm an old man just learning to computer. Thanks for your time and interest. Smiley121689.

And welcome to BleepingComputer, and I see you are posting about Security Tool Malware. Have you followed this How do I remove Security Tool Virus?

It may be pertinent to your issue.

I just took this out for a user yesterday (Windows Vista). Restart in Safe Mode, load MalwareBytes and run it. Reboot.

Whatever you do, dont put your credit card into that program.
