i have run avast malwarebytes antimalware and they come back clean, but my labtop is 1 month old out of the box, very slow to open web browser and any other program just started doing this today and when on a web page it will close go to main screen then pop back up,

Since your machine is so new, have you tried using to return to a previous state before the problems began?
