windows media center

when i click to open it, it just says windows media center has stopped working, and then it close's that all it say or does, windows 7 OS not sure what to add.

Have you checked event viewer to see if there are any application errors listed?

You may find a clue there as to what is happening.

If you need assistance with what errors you do find, please feel free to post those errors and we will try to help you get past them.
