In the directions on Bleeping computer .com it says to first remove system tool, but then a few lines later it says if you have system restore disable it until you are finished, I am confused, do I turn off the restore before doing anything? And it says that I need Malware Anti malwarebytes to remove it, but do I need to remove it afterwards, because I have Avast is it conflicting software?

I would suggest that you follow the instructions in This Guide starting at Step 6.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it HERE Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to try to resolve them.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
