Hi Guys, just a quick note to let you know I am having problems and need help to fix them.
I hope you can. I am a total novice when it comes to security but maybe I can learn from someone here.

russelllynn,

I see you have already posted in HJT area, wait till you have a reply before posting about problems in other areas. Otherwise you risk not being helped properly and wasting HJT techs time. You may want to read the instructions in the HJT area to refresh yourself on what to expect.

Also I'd like to wish you a Welcome to Bleeping Computer and hope you are able to get your problem resolved in a timely fashion.
