Our IT group has been troubleshooting this issue for over 6 weeks now.
We have numerous PCs on our network that can take up to 1 hour "applying computer settings" and/or randomly lock-up for 10-15 minutes at a time.
We have tried "EVERYTHING" and I mean "EVERYTHING" prior to stumbling accross Combofix.
After combofix was ran on ~8 systems, it reduced the boot time to under 1 minute.
We are running McAfee Enterprise 8.7i with latest DATs but that fails to detect and/or correct anything.

We need to determine if this is in-fact malware/virus and try to pinpoint what exactly was causing this.
Please advise.

I would suggest that you follow the instructions in This Guide starting at Step 6.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it HERE Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to try to resolve them.

I would also suggest that you copy and paste the above description of your problem and situation.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
