This morning I have noticed a pop up message which states:
"Roxio Media Manager Install Shield Wizard"
"Unable to find certificate file"

No new software or hardware has been added to the system
(HP Pavilion NoteBook) This message just suddenly began to
appear.

Is there a way to obtain the necessary certificate or to
delete the reference since when I click OK it just goes away
for a while but just to come back later.

Any and all assistance is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried repairing the application via Control Panel and Programs and Features?

I have no application listed that would apply.
I dont know what application to repair as I have no
Roxio programs other than HP LightScribe engine
and that works fine. Thanks for the response.

Thanks will give it a whirl in the morning. I just notices that it is
getting late, even in computer time. Will advise.
