Ok so ive been wanting to make my own pc for a while now. I just saw this hd on tiger direct site for 89.99 after rebate. Its a(what they said) Western Digital—200GB—Special!

I was thinking of getting a sata drive(for speed) but this one is 200gb and cheap! I need space so is this a good deal for a EIDE drive?

It depends what you want. ATA IDE Drives are still the biggest capacity for the best price but a sacrifice of performance that you can receive from serial ata. If sotrage and price is the most important for you, I would go with the IDE version
