I was wondering if anyone knows how to edit the configuration files for this game
I want to change the mana costs on the spells in the game
(all of the data is right there in the configuration files but the game seems
to be able to tell when they've been modified)
you can just modify them right back and the game is fine
but it won't load if they're different from the default
I want to mod the game so carnophage costs one mana(so it actually has advantage
for draining your life)
and venerable monk should cost three mana
and mod vicous hunger to cost as much as venerable monk

Inside the battlegrounds folder in the SYSTEM subfolder
there is a file called MagicSpells.ini
that seems to store settings like the power and toughness
of creatures and their movement speed
but the game won't load up if this file is edited
is there a way to fix it so it can be edited?
should I be asking this at some sort of mod forum?
If so where can I ask this where someone might
know more about game hacking?
