Before installing malware removal, I used Cobian 8 to backup files. All was well for a few days but then the laptop crashed and I couldn't boot (Windows XP). I took the laptop to a shop that re-installed Windows XP but couldn't retrieve my files. Nor could they read the backup disk. I was advised that I had backed up too many files into one --

Any help much appreciated!
