My computer is infected with the AVG Antivirus 2011. I read the AVG Antivirus 2011 Removal guide. But when I began going through the steps to remove AVG 2011 I was having problems because, as it was mentioned at the beginning of the article, my internet doesn't work on my computer. I am accessing this through my parents computer. When I reached the steps where I had to download programs it was not possible because there is no way that my computer will allow me to access any website in safemode or not.
Please HELP!!!
Thank you for your time.
