Hi, I have tried removing the AntiVir scareware using superantispyware, malwarebytes and AVG in safe mode yet none of them find anything except AVG, which found a trojan but that did nothing. What should i do? I do have internet access in safe mode with networking

I would suggest that you follow the instructions in This Guide starting at Step 6.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it HERE Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to try to resolve them.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

So I was getting fed up trying to delete this virus off my personal user account, so I just went on the admin and deleted the account and all its files. Will the virus be gone now?
