What program is it that you suggest to remove and download again, java?? What is the program that has the long #s and letters? I have searched everywhere for over 1 year on this damaged file issue and cannot find anything. My video/flash is getting worse though. Is this related to video/flash??

Any help is appreciated.

You can download and extract JavaRA from there, and run the executable. This will remove all current versions of Java, and you will then be able to install a fresh copy of Java from http://www.java.com

I had just finished editing this post when I hit something wrong and lost it all. I will try the java reload and also discovered an outdated driver. If things do get right, I will come back for virus check and go from there.

Thanks to both Hamluis and Cryptodan...i love your bleeping computer!!
