Trying to get my G/F's New Notebook operational. On the Desktop Icons, she Doesn't Have "Personalize", since apparently Windows 7 "starter" doesn't incorporate that, is there a Work-around??
AND
How do I get "Print Screen" to Work, or Installing Wall-paper for that matter??Posted Image

This looks like your best solution for changing background: How To Customize Wallpaper in Windows 7 Starter Edition - How-To Geek

From doing a bit of searching, The Snipping tool is not available in Win7 Starter.
You should have Paint, though. If you can't find it enter Paint in the start menu.

I did not like the Win7 paint. Though I seldom used it as I mostly use Ubuntu.
Sometime back I installed the XP paint in Windows 7 Home Premium. Don't know if that will work for you or not.
