Something is using my internet

I have Windows 7 Pro 32bit and 2Wire DSL router, Iím the only user. Here is the problem; Iíve been using the internet for about 2 years. But yesterday i was watching YouTube videos on my internet browser. I have noticed a slow in my internet speed. Then I closed the browser and looked to my router but it showed me that my internet connection still in use when it shouldn't be any network activity.

So i did some research on Google. I found some helpful info like the cmd commands that show me all my connection activities :woot: . I tried the command "netstat" and found under state tab one of them is (FIN_WAIT2) and it stay like that until i reboot my laptop or close that connection from a program called TCpview  .Posted Image

I found another program from Microsoft called TCPview (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897437) that program showed me every connection and process on my network and which program is using my internet, so i found the same thing (FIN_WAIT2).
It show me that Firefox process is using the internet and under the state tab is (FIN_WAIT2) and the same happen for IE8 and chrome when I use them to watch YouTube videos.

BTW, I did deep scan with Bitdefender 2011 and it found this "Worm.VBS.AO" so i delete it and reboot my laptop but the problem didn't solve, it still the same.

So please could anyone tell what cause it and how can I fix it.

Is there any solution for my problem or do I have to format my Laptop?
sorry about my bad english im still learning  :busy:

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
