Whenever I try to sync music to my mp3 player (Roi Forge) and I tell MP to convert the files to another bitrate, it says "Server Threw an Exception". Help and Support was neither helpful nor supportive, so does anyone know what is wrong?

It is WMP 10, and I already tried to uninstall and reinstall it to fix the sync problem and another one where it would not burn CDs. I haven't tested for this one yet, though.
