I'm my library's "Technology Assistant," which mostly means helping patrons with basic stuff but has also includes fixing staff computers and dealing with occasional security threats. We run Symantec through our server to the individual machines, and all of the public access computers have Deepfreeze. Wasn't planning on working as tech support when I started my MLS but that's where I am now, and for all that I've got a decent knowledge base plus people I can field questions to, I've got a lot more to learn and am way too aware of that.
