Hi all, my knowledge in computer problems is somewhat limited, but let me try to explain what happened. Yesterday somehow I got my laptop infected I surfed and learned that symptoms I was getting are from rogue malware which tells me that my sistem is infected giving pop-ups and blocked my I-explorer luring me to buy false antivirus program. Than I downloaded a rkill from another computer and runed it on infected laptop via usb to get rid of rogue which it did, installed spyware terminator scanned several times and avira also, nothing was found anymore. Today after working half of hour a rogue appeared again this time installing and it doesn't give me access to open any program on my laptop. I have tried to install again rkill via usb, but it just blocks it saying his exe is damaged. After some time I got lucky because after restarting I clicked on rkill before rogue maneged to load and it deleted it. Now how can I know that it wont return, can I be certain I removed it? Help would be more than appreciated!

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.

Just to report that I manged to fix my problem. I was just going to follow these steps you suggested when I got an idea because I noticed malware loads up after few seconds which gave me time to click on rkill and temporarily blocked rogue, then I installed malwarebites which manged to identify malware on computer and delete them. (While malware terminator found nothing). Anyways restarted and scanned computer several times and everything seems in order. Thanks for help :)
