I am using an external ViewSonic monitor with my ASUS laptop. Every time I log in to Windows 7, I need to launch the Intel graphics control panel to reset the monitor resolution. Windows correctly recognizes the model of the monitor so why do I need to constantly reset the resolution when I login?
Is there a way to save this setting so that every time I reboot and/or login, Windows remember the resolution?

Thank you.
