Hi guys. Every time i start diablo 2, or some other older game that isn't compatible with Aero, it changes my windows them to this basic looking garbage and it would give me a pop up every time it changed it. after getting it for years i finally decided to turn it off. now it doesn't display the pop up and the windows theme stays the way i want it. however, this is not allowing me to alt tab. every time i tab out, it wont allow me to tab back in. so basically i need to know how to turn that functionality back on that allows the windows theme to be changed when it faces incompatibility issues. thanks!

Try opening Services and then find 'Themes'. Set the Properties to 'Automatic' and then Start the Service.
