When I start up my computer I get a box that pops up and it states something and the ending it states badimage.exe, I am not sure what I have to do to fix this problem and any help will be greatly appreciated.

Please...reboot the system...write down the exact error message...and post same.

It's important :).

Bad image...means that Windows cannot read the file named. The reasons for this vary, with many such situations suspected of being malware issues.
