After that my computer worked fine, I had no signs of viruses except for 2 rundll.exe popups saying that "error loading c/wind/rowbdl.ll, specific module could not be found."

Spybot S&D showed me I had a registry key change and a file (which i forgot the name, but it also showed up in a rundll.exe, but not after i fixed it in S&D)
the virus it showed up was virtumonde.( P something?) It wont show it up now and it didn't find it or anything this time.

Idk what else I can post, I'd like something to get my registry back to normal.
Thank you everyone =]

Your Malwarebytes Anti-Malware log indicates you are using an older version (1.45) with with an outdated database. Please download and install the most current version (v1.50.1) from here.
You may have to reboot after updating in order to overwrite any "in use" protection module files.

The database shows 3967. Last I checked it was 5828.

Update the database through the program's interface <- preferable method. Then perform a Quick Scan in normal mode and check all items found for removal. Don't forgot to reboot afterwards. Failure to reboot normally will prevent Malwarebytes' from removing all the malware. When done, click the Logs tab and copy/paste the contents of the new report in your next reply.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your Malwarebytes Anti-Malware log indicates you performed your scan in safe mode. Scanning with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware in safe or normal mode will work but removal functions are not as powerful in safe mode. Why? Malwarebytes is designed to be at full power when malware is running so safe mode is not necessary when using it. In fact, Malwarebytes loses some effectiveness for detection & removal when used in safe mode because the program includes a special driver which does not work in safe mode. Further, scanning in safe mode prevents some types of malware from running so it may be missed during the detection process. For optimal removal, normal mode is recommended so it does not limit the abilities of Malwarebytes. Doing a safe mode scan should only be done when a regular mode scan fails or you cannot boot up normally.
