acts like "SECURITY MASTER" infection

it calls itself "SYSTEM TOOL" it has taken over like "SECURITY MASTER AV" did i tried to remove it the same way , without luck, everytime i try and open 1 of the files i get another pop-up stating it cant open cuz RstIdle.exe is infected(among other files) and at the same time another pop-up says "NEW DATABASE UPDATE IS AVAILABLE click here" i have a hp mini running xp,, PLEASE HELP!!?? thank you
