Hello ~ I have been asked to look at a freedom by zoostorm netboot ( the hard drive is sealed in) , it is locked out and there is no recovery disc for it attempting to start it in any mode via F8 results in a merry go round of continued restarts

my external cdrom is not recognised probably because it cant get the driver installed but a usb flash drive is recognised ~ I wondered if there is an anti virus usb flash drive program that would scan the hard drive remove any nasties and then allow the hard drive to start ~ your experiences would be appreciated , Alan

If you have/suspect malware issues...you really ought to initiate a post in the Am I Infected forum.

I will ask one of our Malware Team personnel to try to assist you with the unbootable/loop aspect.

What version of Windows is installed?

What do you mean by "locked out"? It can't log on? At which point does this problem occur. Please try to give as much details as possible.

regards, Elise
