Hi All,

I allowed my boyfriend to help make my computer faster, so he did a factory reset, but my Wirless Lan has now gone???

I can get internet with a cable, but when I click on view Network Connections the wireless option is not even there??

I am guessing the Lan Wireless didn't reinstall? Although the computer came with it originally?

Any help please??

Do you have any errors in Device Manager?
