I am running windows 7 on an already slow Inspiron mini and last week I restarted the computer and a message popped up that there were being changes being made to the registry during startup. Didn't think too much of it, but then internet started crawling, VERY slow. Whatever it is is also turning off mcafee firewall and antivirus. Windows defender caught it, and then once I clicked "send info to microsoft about this problem", I wasn't able to connect to internet (ie or firefox) anymore. I have been able to do a system restore twice now to restore internet but the problem always comes back. Any advice would be much appreciated! (sorry if this is in the wrong spot, I'm new here)
