Hello, so I have a question or two if anybody can help me answer these because im baffled, I would really appreciate any help what so ever to get my laptop back in tip top shape.

My laptop is pretty slow to load startup now along with programs, what can I do to make this faster, and yes I already messed with which startups I decided to want to start and yet I still see no difference in when my laptop was first new and loaded pretty fast.

Second, what is a good spyware, malware removal I can use to remove unwanted viruses or trojans? I have AVG but I feel it doesn't do much.

Thank you.

Let's address your security concern first. If you believe that you have a virus or trojan I would suggest that you follow the instructions in This Guide starting at Step 6.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it HERE Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to try to resolve them.

To answer your question regarding Spyware and Malware programs.

There are two programs that I will suggest, SUPPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes.

Please use the following link to provide us with information about your computer so that we can assist you.
