Looking for OS 9 disk

We have an older I mac that a friend gave us 10 years ago. My kids forgot the password and now they cant boot up the computer.We never got the original disk with the computer.

Have you tried calling Apple? They might send you a disk for a fee.

I have an old Mac, OS 9. Still have the disc somewhere, the iMac I have is about ten years old. If your really stuck I'm sure I could send copy from my disc if you have no luck downloading online.

I would definitely look on ebay for one. You can usually find one very cheaply. Or, you could look around at pawn shops and other resale shops in your area.
