Memory diagnostics or chkdsk? EXACTLY what happens when you boot?
And what led up to this?

Thank you Alan for your reply.
What led up to it I am not entirely sure, my son was on it
and when I came to start it up it says Window Memory Diagnostics
running, I have ran it in all modes and produces no errors, dont
know if my son was on a music site or another, but it has happened
ever since and the windows scrolling all the time happened when
this started can I stop any of this

Many thanks
