this spyaxe anti virus software is like a virus its self... What is the best way to get rid of this progam.

I have uninstalled and deleted all file ( at least i think). And it keeps poping back up and putting its file back on my pc. Also makes a icon pop up in the right hand of the toolbar and beeps like everythree second saying i may have a problem. HELP

also would it be a good idea for me to start using foxfire???
