I am also having the same problem with my iPad and WRT54GL. A pc laptop connects without any issues, however the iPad sees the network but refuses to accept the password. What security protocol should I be using...WPA, WEP...???

My sisters iPad connected fine with my Linksys WRT54G router that has WPA2 encrypted security. If your router has WEP security try using a dollar sign ($) before the passcode e.g. $123abc.
