Last week, thanks to advice from various postings on bleepingcomputer, I was able to successfully clean the Antivirus from my home computer using a combination of Spybot, Malwarebytes, and SuperAntiSpy programs. I went from being able to do nothing at all on my computer to having access to everything except now I keep getting redirected on Google searches in IE or Safari. I followed steps given to someone with a similar problen and ran a GMER with these results:
AttachedDevice \Driver\Tcpip \Device\Ip SymRdr.SYS (Redirector Driver/Symantec Corporation)
AttachedDevice \Driver\Tcpip \Device\Tcp SymRdr.SYS (Redirector Driver/Symantec Corporation)
AttachedDevice \Driver\Tcpip \Device\RawIp SymRdr.SYS (Redirector Driver/Symantec Corporation)

Now I am stuck and am not sure what to do next. The site has already been a godsend! Any additional advice would be appreciated.
Many thanks!

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
