Yahoo error # 4

Help someone anyone. Im not that good with computers and I am trying to retrieve an email in my mailbox but keep getting error #4 message which states this message is not realyy in your folder. It also states i may have already deleted or moved message. I did try to move the message from spam to inbox folder and that is when i go this message. I tried refreshing message,logging out but nothing works. What should I do because I really need to retrieve that message. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you! oh, it also states status code 502.
