rkill from linux to usb drive for windows

trying to get rkill on a usb drive for window tried using virtual box cause my friend sent the website from windows but vitual box doesnot recognize the thumb drive

Do you mean you're downloading rkill using Linux? Just put the file on the USB drive. It doesn't matter that it was handled using Linux, as long as the flash drive is FAT32 so the destination Windows computer can read it.
