Close Firefox. Go Start>All Programs>Mozilla Firefox, click on Mozilla Firefox (safe mode). Same issue?

1. Create new profile: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_Manager
If the above doesn't help...
2. Clean FF reinstallation: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Uninstalling_Firefox

I tried to create a new profile, but when I run "firefox -P" it just brings up a new Firefox window, and not a profile wizard...I think this happened after I ran ATF-Cleaner...I just reinstalled it, and got the same thing...is there something else not directly related to Firefox that can cause this?

EDIT: It must be Firefox, because I downloaded Google Chrome and it runs everything fine, but I still want Firefox to work

Do you have same issue with IE?

When performing clean FF installation, make sure to follow ALL steps from the link I presented in my previous reply?
