I started Task Manager to see why my computer was slow. I found under Services "Cyberlink Media Library Service", and checked to see what it does. Under description the language was "Chinese". Do I need this program, and if I do, do I need it in Chinese? Help!

hi ,it is Part of the Cyberlink products and is used to manage your audio and video library.only you know if you need it or not ,do yo use it to manage your music or videos .
it runs as a service ,therefor it can be disable so as not to slow down you computer
go to start /control panel\Administrative Tools\services ,scroll down to cyberlink media library ,right click on it and choose to run it manually ,save changes and exit
good luck

My answers are my opinion only, usually
