Upgrade from 2000 Pro to 7 Pro - Advice?!

I've got Win 2000 Pro - I'd like to clean install to Win 7 Pro (or equivalent)
FICA MotherBd - 1Gb 2700 memory - lots of Hard-drive/s space.
Intel P4, 2400 Mhz processor.
Nvidia Riva TNT2 Model 64/Model 64 Pro - video card.
I'd like to buy the disk, not anything "pre-installed" -
Do you think my hardware will support it?
