Hello all,

I'm posting up this question on behalf of a friend of mine. As you folks have been helpful in the past.

"I'm trying to find out any information about the AR64 Operating System...like whether it's a server or mainframe OS and what company wrote it.

The only information I have on it is the name: "AR64" and that it is listed as an operating system. A Google search has revealed nothing at all.

Any help would be greatly appreciated."

And appreciated from myself also.

It's not the 64 bit version of AROS (Amiga-like) is it? People call that AROS64:

It must be AROS64. The only other OS-related thing that I can find for "AR64" is the name of a register on the Itanium processor.
