HI, I recently scanned my computer with Symantec and it doesn't seem to find any threats, but i notice that it stops at some files, like hide_ever2.sys , but doesn't recognize it as a threat. I searched online and found out that it's a threat. but my scan doesn't show anything!! I'm worried about this. what should I do?
All help will be appreciated!

You are seeing a hesitation as the file is being scanned....not "hanging".
