I want to make sure, my computer is clean

i'm from Italy, sorry for my english, i'm a newbie......
I've seen, in Windows7 section, the other topic "Frequent BSOD", it's 2 days that i've the same blue screen's problems as AnaLoGMunKy, so, as Broni asked for, i'd paste here what i've saved from "bluescreenview" text file.
Please, help me!!!

Operating System: Win 7 Ultimate
Antivirus Software: ESET NOD32
Computer: Custom Build
CPU: i7 920@2.67GHz 2.66GHz
Motherboard: don't know how to find
Ram: don't know how to find
Storage: don't know how to find
Video Card: ATI Radeon HD 4800
Soundcard: don't know how to find
Power Supply: don't know how to find
Case: don't know how to find
