(Not sure where to post this -!

I have a problem getting on to my groupwise account from my blackberry - it keeps saying "login not current" when trying to sign on. I have been able to get on by using the blackberry before, but it rarely works, like maybe 1/30 times. Annoying. I read somewhere that I'm completely SOL (Sh*t out of luck) bc it has to do with groupwise blocking connection bc phones use shared ip addresses? I hope this isnt the case.

As a side note - if you don't know about this I would prefer for you not to respond rather than give some random guess. When I started using this website a couple years ago I got GREAT feedback and it was very clear there were helpful people with great computer knowledge. More recently I've had ppl with no more experience then me giving advice. Not to seem un-thankful, but once one person responds on these posts then its then almost impossible to get someone who is actually go with computer technical issues to respond, and then you have to start all over, repost and wait for a response again!
