I need some WAL programs.

My ideal program would be one that can store a database of MAC addresses and pull them up individually, or in groups of computers that I can turn on and off remotely.

I've seen a lot of programs that use one of those features, and that you need to go get two other programs (or manually create a text file, line by line) to manage everything that simply waking the computer doesn't involve. In fact, half the WAL programs I've seen can't turn a computer off, too. You need another program to send a shutdown signal to the machine.

Has anyone discovered a good all-in-one utility?
