I removed Hard Drive Diagnostic by using automated Removal Instructions for Hard Drive Diagnostic using Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware:

downloading Rkill and iExplore.exe download link after running the program it found many files infected with malware and trojans and they were removed and t
quaranteened. Now the computer boots in safe mode but does not boot in normal mode or last worked configuration mode. After the login screen comes up and logged in the screen goes black with a white cursor. What can be done?

BC Removal Guide, Hard Drive Diagnostic 9Malware)

Typically...black screen with white cursor in upper left corner...indicates an MBR problem.

System manufacturer and model?

I can move the cursor, and my desktop is a Dell Inspiron 530. After booting in normal mode, it takes a long time to configure personal settings and then the screen goes black. The white cursor can be moved around.
