Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is currently not in use

Thanks Thrillhouse but that program will only delet 1 file at a time and the process is a bit longer which would take me forever because I have alot of files to delete. Also, it made me install the bing toolbar and I absolutely hate bing. But I was able to remove it. Im gonna have to find another method because this way will take way too long to delete the files i need to delete.

thats weird, works like a charm for me with no toolbar.

try going into windows explorer and highlighting all of your files you want to delete and make sure they are not read only and are not being indexed.

Also, try this: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/killbox.php

I have had luck with this one before about 50% of tries so might be worth a shot.
