This is INSANE.

I went to the apple website where I have had the misfortune to have to go before and ask questions that don't get answered

but desperate people do desperate things

I see exactly where to post my question EXCEPT

I can't ask my question until I find out how to ask a question.

If there is a place where it says ASK A NEW QUESTION they have hidden it well.

I hate customer service for $1200 computers that leaves you to look up the question yourself, which is a question for which there is no answer.

Just bear with me I JUST NEEDED A PLACE TO SAY HOW ABSOLUTELY CRAZY THE WORLD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS

You don't need to answer, I just wanted to tell somebody and since I couldn't REACH APPLE, LOL, I'm venting here

Excuse me, whoever reads this ITS BEEN A VERY BAD WEEK.

kc, if you can't get an answer here at Bleeping, go to the forums on macrumors or macworld. Both have very active members.

I've learned blood is not thicker than money.

This is the Apple Discussions HomePage http://discussions.apple.com/index.jspa?categoryID=1

If you have an error message "iTunes error -5001" do a Google for ["iTunes error -5001" site:discussions.apple.com]
This will return links only on that site. (Discussions including that phrase)

This is the Apple Support HomePage http://www.apple.com/support/
This is the Tech Specs HomePage http://support.apple.com/specs/

If you have an question "iPhoto find duplicates" do a Google for [iPhoto find duplicates site:support.apple.com]
