Posted 09 February 2011 - 02:26 PM

I am currently experiencing the following problems on my PC:

1. Google search redirect - clicking a link from search results redirected me to another site.
2. Auto-restart Windows must restart now because of DCOM Server Process Launcher Service terminated unexpectedly
3. TXT/Junkfile.AM - Blink is continually (i.e. every 20 seconds) quarantining the junkfile. File: C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\HOME ADMINISTRATOR\LOCAL SETTINGS\TEMP\TMP1.TMP, Calling Process: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

I am running both Blink and Microsoft Security Essentials and have recently installed Spybot and Ad-Aware, but I am unable to fix any of these problems. Please help!

Somethings to remember while we are working together.

  • Do not run any other tool untill instructed to do so!
  • Please Do not Attach logs or put in code boxes.
  • Tell me about any problems that have occurred during the fix.
  • Tell me of any other symptoms you may be having as these can help also.
  • Do not run anything while running a fix.
