Injected with win32.Shipup.kh Trojan

Hi. It seems my potable hard disk is infected with a trojan that Kaspersky Pure identifies as win32.Shipup.kh. Kaspersky sends a warning when it finds an infected folder.

Kaspersky only gives option to delete the injected folder to get rid of trojan. However the injected folders contain important work.

Thanks for reading this, and I hope you can help me to remove the trojan.
